Delivery, Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges:  If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please:-

-Wrap the goods carefully and securely and return them to us at the address shown below

-Please provide us with your name, address and contact details e.g. copy of your Receipt /Order No. 

-Please enclose £4 (in coins or stamps) towards the return shipping costs.

-Goods must be unused and in their original condition and remain the   customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.  The postage &   packing charge and return postage costs are not refundable.  Standard   Royal Mail Postage will be refunded where goods are faulty.

UK Express Tracked delivery (1-2 business days): £7.95

Gift Wrapping

We are unable to wrap all items but we do offer a Gift Bag which can be purchased with your order and a gift message added too.
